In the training sector, Munich Municipal Hospital Group organizes exchange and training programs for medical personnel, building up reliable channels for know-how transfer between healthcare institutions abroad and medical departments at Munich Municipal Hospital Group. 

Together with the Academy of Munich Municipal Hospital Group, courses in modern market-oriented hospital management are offered for the higher qualification of management-, medical- and nursing personnel (e.g. quality management, trainings in diagnosis related groups (DRG), case management, classes for hygiene professionals to mention but a few).  

There is also opportunity for cooperation in the field of telemedicine using RIS-PACS (Radiology Information System/Picture Archiving and Communication System), soon supplemented by video conferences.
